Contrary to popular belief, not every job is “no problem” and there are certain print jobs more difficult than others. These do pose problems not only in terms of quality but in delivery times. This is where we pride ourselves in being more realistic than others.

Your deadlines and requirements are taken into account from the beginning and you are kept informed of the job progress throughout.

Every care is taken to ensure that the original specifications of the job are adhered to. If for instance, a type of paper that is quoted for is not available, we will upgrade without any extra cost to you.

Murphy’s Law “ if things can go wrong, they will!” is applicable to print in general. Should there ever be a case of a job going wrong, the problem will be sorted out immediately without you the customer having to battle it out first. The issue of cost will be discussed later and if the fault lies with us, the matter will not even be brought up.
