With the acquisition of the state of the art KBA commercial heatset Web press, the five colour Roland 700 printing press with water based coating plus dryer and the 8 color Heidelberg Speedmaster102; we have enhanced a complete lineup of printing machinery. With a pre-press link, the first of its kind in the UAE was also fitted onto the eight colour press equipped with an array of technical features to provide the highest print quality coupled with outstanding economy.

The new Roland 700 is based on centralized control with digital technology linked to PECOM (process electronic control) which utilizes computer controlled press operation via a keyboard console whereby the operator inputs the parameters for the job and the press then controls the necessary variables in check.

The Heidelberg Speedmaster 52 A3 size machine with the touch screen monitor and the Roland 204 are ideal for very high end color jobs in short/medium run lengths.

Other presses include Roland 202, Heidelberg GTO's (single and multicolor) and the Quick master two colour press. This range provides the flexibility to print jobs from business cards to commercial print runs.

The web heatset is used to produce an extensive variety of long run commercial and magazine printing. The 620cm cutoff is a major advantage in paper saving compared to other machines and with a speed of 50000 impressions per hour on 16ppA4 with online folding and a non stop delivery splicer, we have the capability to produce up to 200000 96 page magazines in every 24 hour shift!
